Obviously, the next big thing at Target everyone is excited about is the Jason Wu collection. I can’t wait to see how quickly that sells out.

But, on May 6, Target will introduce a brand new concept to their customers: The Shops at Target.

The Shops at Target will feature limited edition items from five U.S. speciality boutiques, including, San Francisco’s The Candy Store, the Cos Bar of Aspen, Boston’s Polka Dog Bakery,Privet House of Warren, Conn., and The Webster of Miami.

The items will be available in stores and on-line, with more to come from additional boutiques at later dates.

According to People, some of the nearly 400 items for sale will include fancy chocolates and whimsical gummies from The Candy Store (watch out Kelly Killoren Bensimon ;-)) ; inexpensive nail files and soaps from Cos Bar; pet products from Polka Dog; stationery, home goods and more from Privet House; and trendy designer-inspired apparel from The Webster. Prices start at $1 (for nail files) and top out around $160 (for a pouf).

I think it’s safe to say this collection is sure to sell out fast, so you better be prepared to gather up the goods.

Target is once again teaming up with a designer; this time milliner Albertus Swanepoel for a limited-edition collection of 14 women’s hats. With the royal hat frenzy sweeping the nation, it seems awfully fitting.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, each hat will retail for $19.99, when considering Swanepoel’s hats normally go for $200 (for a straw hat), it’s an absolute steal. However, you have to be patient and wait until October 30 for the pieces.
